Heya m8, if this really is you first production its great. There are some huge tempo issues whit the voice im not sure if that is one long sample or if you allready cut it. The other point is that thats not really a house track so maybe the guys from the trance sector could help you much more then i can. Dont whant to blame you here, it's just my opinnion.
Not bad at all, keep it up 
p.s. what software do you use?

very nice dj venice i like it.
i tried in fruity loops but i prefere to use a software more loop based is more intuite for me, i like to see a window arranger very simple like acid or ableton.
but to make beat fruity is very very good i think.
