Just thought id post a quick sample of sommet i done with some spare time.....
vocals have just been slapped on and are out of key at times it was just to get a feel of how the vocal works.

Just listened... jusging by your text I think u know where the issues lie with this track..
the beats are nice n plain = good
there's no sense of pitch - the bass line is new and good sound/style but the pella vox doesn't fit... timimng yes but in tune .. no
i'm being honest...
also more attention needed to working more with chunks (splices) of the pella to gain more constant timing throughout the whole track.. noticeably starts to go out from midway thorugh.

agreed mate i just slapped on the 'pella to get a sense of the tune with vocals,
