All mather of opinion and like always; everything has it pro’s and con’s.. mostly it’s what people are used to and what they’ve worked with.
Pro’s for FL studio; it is most possible the fastest way from idea to music..
Con’s for FL Studio: Having worked with it a couple of years i’d suspect that the mixing engine is slightly less quality. Furthermore the FL studio plugins are not of great quality (like the EQ etc)..
Pro’s Logic: Industry standard, works intuitive.
Con’s Logic: Only Mac 
So you see: I don’t work with Logic, so I don’t know much about it.
But here’s a thought: It’s not the paint, it’s the painter making the art. If you don’t know what you’re doing, doesn’t matter which DAW you use, if you know what you’re doing, you can make good music on either..
