You can speed the track up to match BPMs of the techno without the pitch changing using a program like audacity, so you could essentially match any rap song you want over whatever techno song you’re thinking of.

The creator boosted Lupe’s song by at least 30 bpms, but it sounds awesome in my opinion. But just to warn you, its much fidning something that fits well with rap and techno.
