Forget the scratching over the top. It's that slow dark tune in the background. Not got a clue what it is. If anyone can help that would be cool!!

i am not sure about a lot of this clip, the quality isn't that good, but the DJ alone I would guess is DJ Babu, it sounds similar to some of his scratches...... i wouldn't bet on it though. sorry
