Again there are some great videos in this group. Besides some very interesting audio mash up concepts there is some good editing going on in these videos which makes it more difficult to come up with my unofficial picks.

My official vote goes to thesmokeeater. Not only is the audio mash up really cool the video editing is very stylistic. If you look at the original videos from Goldfrapp and Norman Greenbaum they are nothing similiar to what has been created by thesmokeeater. You can tell that there is some serious video editing talent going on here. This mash up video is one of a kind.

My unofficial 2nd choice goes to Voicedude/kLiz9. The dissolving pixelated transitions were great and added a nice effect between video sources. There is also some nice split screen editing going on here as well.

My unofficial 3rd choice goes to(and this was close)....dj-shae-nz. The video editing itself was simple but it went well with the audio mash up although i would have liked to have seen more images of Marvin Gay towards the end over the David Banner section which was the most interesting part of the audio mix

that smokeeater video is pretty dope, but i do got to say pylon laid it down, the sync the material everything, that video is just nuts and should be on like mtv LOL, i wish it would have been a clearer aspect and s**t but damn coolest mix ive seen. my vote goes to him.

My vote (if I'm allowed to have one goes to Smokeeater - I can see how much work has been put into it.

A skilled mashup artist and not only a good editor but really good FX work too.

Well done Smokeeater! Smilie_PDT

As I am such a fair person, I'm going to say the same thing to the talented people in group two as what I said to those in group one.

I have viewed all the entries in this group and boys I am well impressed with all of you. It has now been confirmed 10 fold that we have a wealth of talent on this wonderful site of ours. no love for yazza187??

Like everyone's saying, it was super super close, but yazza's truly kept me captivated the whole way through. I thought the goldfrapp one was extremely skillfully edited and original (best editing imo out of this group and the other group), and a great great mashup too. But truly, I thought the video got a tad repetitive. It was kinda trippy at first, but then the same clips just got a little old.

On the other hand, yazza187 gets props for using footage other than music videos and creating a great, entertaining video to go along with a sick remix.

And no props whatsoever to whoever decided that Oscar Spin It's video didn't deserve to have a youtube link... people don't want to wait to download a .mov.. especially since its the LAST one.. unfair

anyway just wanted to show yazza187 some love for captivating me the most
