I recommend the Esi Juli@ besides the M-Audio and Terratec(which are also good choice)

you need a DSP-soundcard. I have the RME HDSP 9632, but it’s PCI. May be you’ll find an external card on the rme-audio homepage. May be "CardBus" is the solution. But as I said I’ve got PCI, so I don’t have any experience.
